This is an 18k white gold Vacheron & Constantin Traditionnelle Complete Calendar 4010T/000G-B740. It includes an 18k white gold case on an alligator leather strap, with an18k white gold Maltese cross tang buckle and with a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It has a signed pull-out winding crown with correctors on either side of the case band at 2 and 4 o'clock and a third at 10 o'clock on the left-side case band for the perpetual calendar functions. The 43.5mm diameter round three-body skeletonized case, curved lugs, and flat angled bezel, are polished/satin. The dial is gray with a white radial date scale indicated by a black center sweep hand with a crescent moon pointer. It has applied faceted white gold baton hour markers around a luminous white railway-style second/minute chapter ring, faceted white gold dauphine sword hour and minute hands, and there are twin day and month aperture windows underneath the 12 o'clock position that show the transparent revolving discs underneath. There is a circular revolving color moon phase dial at 6 o'clock that only requires one correction every 122 years. It's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, it has a 40-hour power reserve at full winding, and the 12.6mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Vacheron & Constantin Traditionnelle Complete Calendar 4010T/000G-B740 has a mechanical automatic self-winding Vacheron Constantin caliber 2460 QCL (base Vacheron Constantin 2460 QCL) movement. It's rhodium plated with Cotes de Geneve embellishment, and the quality seal of Geneva. It's constructed with 27 jewels, 312 components, an anti-shock system, and a 21K gold engraved guilloche rotor. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz).
